At Seconline we aim to deliver your products in the most efficient time possible. From the point that your order is received and paid for our goal is to have that particular order dispatch from our Mudgee-based factory within five to ten working days.

If at any time and issue arises that would detain the dispatch of any product our customers are notified immediately as to the reason for this improbable delay and are then put into a high priority list whereby contact is made available either via email or direct phone call daily as to the progress of this delayed order. It must be noted that this is highly irregular and great attention is always given to any delays in dispatch times. 

Seconline use Regional Road Express as their main Australia wide distributor. Once our products are dispatched to you our valuable customer we then immediately email you with a tracking number and estimated timeframe for delivery.

As stated at Seconline our aim is to have your chosen and purchased products dispatched from our factory based in beautiful Redhead in Newcastle NSW within five to ten working days.

The tabel above is a guide only as to delivery times based on three years of monitoring actual delivery times. It must be noted that Australia is a very big place and some regional areas are not as well serviced as others.
